On January 13, 1999, B.A.S.S. held the Top 150 Pro-Am Tournament at Lake Toho in Kissimmee, Florida.

I had the pleasure of meeting Japans #1 angler, Norio Tanabe. Norio was also present at the Alabama Top 150 pro-Am in March when I finished second. He was very excited for me and I enjoyed talking with him at the weigh in. Norio is a kind and humble man and I wish him good luck and safe traveling!
